Yes, we have over 30 collection points in Switzerland. You can also send your media by secure mail or request a home pickup for urgent or bulky cases (servers, NAS).
You have two options: drop off your media at one of our 50+ partner collection points in Switzerland, or send it to us by registered mail directly to our laboratory (Lagerhausstrasse 25, 3232 Ins). Upon request, we will provide you with a free secure shipping label. Careful packaging (bubble wrap or rigid foam) is essential to prevent damage during transport.
Our lab is located in Ins (Anet), in the canton of Bern, Switzerland. You can send your media by registered mail, drop it off at one of our 50+ partner collection points in Switzerland, or hand it over to us directly on site. We provide secure packaging on request.
