Prices vary depending on the type of tape, the backup format, the physical condition, and the volume of data. A quote is provided after the initial analysis, with no obligation.

If you have the decryption key or software, we can restore the data. Without these elements, recovery is still possible but more complex, and in some cases, not possible at all.

We can perform an initial analysis to identify the contents of the tape without needing the original software.

Do not try to force it or open it yourself. Entrust it to our experts: we have the equipment to extract stuck tapes and carry out physical repairs in a cleanroom if necessary.

Even if the software no longer recognizes the tape or if the catalog is lost, it is often possible to extract the data through low-level reading. We analyze the raw content of the tape and can, in many cases, reconstruct the file catalog for selective recovery.

The catalog is what allows indexing the content of a tape: without it, the software can no longer list the available files. If the catalog is lost, it is sometimes possible to reconstruct it from the tape itself, by performing a full sequential read. This process is longer, but we have the experience and tools to recreate a catalog and identify recoverable data, even without the original software.

Our clients are varied: individuals, SMEs, large companies, public administrations, and medical or educational institutions. Any organization or individual who has lost data can call on us.

We handle a wide variety of magnetic tapes, including LTO (Linear Tape-Open), DAT, DDS, DLT, SDLT, QIC, Travan formats, as well as other professional or proprietary formats.

Because we combine technical expertise, cutting-edge equipment, strict confidentiality, and a human approach. Our priority is to recover your data effectively and securely, in the shortest possible time.
